Getting Ready for Your Leadership Journey

Pre-Work Power: Carve out time to complete the pre-work. This will lay a strong foundation for our time together. 

Symbolic Expression: Bring an object or drawing representing your purpose.  Be ready to share why you chose it! 

Dress for Success: 

  • Smart business casual attire. 

  • Day 1 Evening: Get comfy in your yoga clothes and bring a mat for our exploration of how yoga influences voice and identity. 

Pictures: Snap 5-6 photos of places in your work environment that resonate with you. Think work desk, meeting room, or even a seemingly ordinary spot that sparks something inside and e-mail these pictures to: [email protected]
