Please complete the following segments: Understanding your Leadership Challenge and the Cultural Orientation Framework (COF) Assessment by October 21, 2024

UNDERSTANDING YOUR LEADERSHIP CHALLENGE

The following form works in two ways:

1. It helps you take the time amidst your daily rush to pause and reflect on your leadership challenges, the solutions you have resorted to and it's efficacy.

2. It helps us tailor our program to address common challenges faced by the cohort.

Your Commitment to the Workshop

We encourage you to give yourself the permission to be fully present during the 3 days of the learning experience.

In order to maximise your learnings, and benefit from the program, pre-set the expectations of your team members and other people who may call you during the course of this workshop. You may refer to the program construct and leverage the breaks to address any issues that may come up.

Your commitment, attention and participation will help create a positive environment for all to learn.

Cultural Orientation Framework (COF) Assessment

Organizations today are operating in an increasingly complex, multicultural and global context. Cultural differences are often a source of misunderstanding, frustration and even derailment (notably in cross-border mergers and acquisitions). However, when leveraged, cultural diversity opens new choices. It becomes a source of creativity and opportunity to go beyond current limitations to achieve sustainable and meaningful success.Based on Philippe Rosinski’s groundbreaking book Coaching Across Cultures, chosen by the Harvard Business School as its featured book recommendation in the category of business leadership,The COF assessment facilitates the understanding of salient cultural characteristics for individuals, teams and organizations.Once you click the link, please select 'ENTER THE COF ASSESSMENT FOR THE FIRST TIME' and setup your account to get started.

Introduction using an Artefact

Bring a particular artefact that describes your true authentic self. On the morning of Day 1, we will all introduce ourselves using the artefact, providing us an opportunity to learn more about each other.

You may use the following questions as a guide for your introduction

How does your artefact align to your purpose in life?

How does your artefact reflect your authentic self?

The artefact can be a physical object, a hand-drawn picture of it or a printout. The idea is to introduce yourself with an object that best defines you.
